It has been a while since I’ve posted. Weight wise I keep fluctuating between 2 – 3 lbs. hopefully this needs soon. Everybody says they see changes to my body, but mr scale remains the same.
I have had to go down in clothing sizes. Some tops were 3xl I’ve now bought xl and they’re a little baggy. Unfortunately my ass is still there. I’ve always had hips and I figure they will be the last to go.
Monday I do bloodwork to see how if my body is deficient of any vitamins / minerals. I hope all goes well. Next Monday I have my 3 month followup with the surgeons office.
My current diet is rather simple. 3 meals a day, 2 snacks and 64oz of water. Things I need to work on is making sure my protein is 60 – 75g a day and keeping carbs low, typically below 20g per meal.
I have ventured out and started “cooking” more. I made yogurt in the Instant Pot recently. OMG it was amazing. I will no longer be buying yoghurt in stores. I’ve also made my own granola. I haven’t tasted it yet, but I hope its good.
