The beginning of a new year usually means resolutions that are typically broken within 3 weeks. I’m not much of a resolution person. I’ve made them in the past and they just never seem to be doable.
This year I will create small goals. Goals that are achievable. Some of these goals are:
- Elliptical 10 mins a day to start
- Continue to meal plan but try and work on a long term (4 – 5 weeks) meal plan.
- Try and introduce a few new meals
