Wow,  how time flies. I think crazy busy days and exhaustion seems to be the norm these days.     I cannot believe it is March already an today is the 5 months anniversary of my surgery.

To date I’ve lost a total of 50 lbs since surgery and 60 lbs since pre-op.  I cannot even fathom this.  It simply blows my mind that I have lost this much weight.    I was hoping for more, but I have not exercised.  I’m also struggling with food.  I’m not eating enough. and I’m also eating some crap.  With that being said, March will be back to basics (I feel like I’ve said that before) and logging everything I consume, as well as concentrating on eating more less carbs.

I have “stored” some clothing from decades ago. Yes,  20 + years ago I wore a few items of clothing. I tried these items on recently and they fit.  BTW. I was also 180lbs when I wore these tops.   I was so shocked that they actually fit.

That has been the highlight for February!!!
