NSV (non surgical victory)

NSV’s are mentioned all the time by many over the course of this journey. It is the little and or large victories one feels empowered by.

Very recently, I bought a few new tops and decided to try a new pair of slacks. Tops are now an XL from a XXL or XXXL. Yippee, so freaking excited. My new pants, are cropped skinny (whatever skinny is) and a size 20. Yeah my ass is still fat, as are my thighs, but from a 24/26 to a 20 is huge (no pun intended).

Since moving to Whole Food, plant based, I have not lost any weight, but I have lost inches or maybe its millimetres. I’ve been battling the same 2 – 3 lbs for over 6 weeks. Yes, this is normal for this to happen. It is annoying, but it is the reality. One has to just keep doing what you have been to break through the plateau.
