So they tell you to work out and work out hard. I have been working my ass off 4 mornings a week. I started out doing a 20 minute walk and have now increased to an hour which equates to about 3 miles or so.
My feet ache, ii have blisters, I hurt. But i still continue to torture myself. So the big question is. Have I lost weight??
NO!!!!! I actually gained 10 lbs. so i was eating some junk but that behavior has stopped. I will weigh Sunday morning to see where my weight is, but seriously I’m walking 12 miles a week. I’m mostly eating plant based meals. How the hell do I gain 10 lbs in a week??? How??
On a major positive note I am officially off blood pressure medication. My BMI is still morbidly obese but I’ve now ditched the BP Meds yay!!!
