I have mentioned dumping syndrome. In 3 month I had not experienced it, until today!! I woke and decided I would change things a little. Usually breakfast is cream of wheat or oat meal. Both are cooked on the stove, I’m not a fan of microwave food.
I digress, I had a small bowl of corn flakes, fair life milk and monk fruit sweetener. I ate it around 8:30, by 9am I was feeling flushed, heart rate increased, dizzy, etc. Typical dumping syndrome, well around 10am, my stomach decided it was not happy, and then it hit me. I had to run to the bathroom. I could not stop it. Everything that was in my system was gone. I felt weak and tired and took a nap.
The rest of the day, I will stick to protein shakes and maybe some chicken soup.
